Hi guys,
been having a play around with the WoC now 8th has finally settled in, this is my first draft so model restrictions aren't an issue as I will be speaking to Mealstrom once I have a list I like so fire away with all the criticism you feel necessary!.
Anyway, the list:
Sorcerer Lord: lvl 4, MoT, Disc, Talisman of Preservation, Infernal Puppet : 395pts
Exalted Hero: BSB, Runesword, Shield, MoK: 205pts
40 Maraurders: Full Comm, MoK, Great Weapons: 250pts
40 Maraurders: Full Comm, MoK, Great Weapons: 250pts
20 WoC: Full Comm, Halberds, Banner of Rage, MoS: 395pts
5 M Horsemen: Flials, Muso: 81pts
5 M Horsemen: Flials, Muso: 81pts
Warshrine: MoT; 150pts
4 Chaos Ogres: Great Weapon, Muso: 190pts
1997pts Total
So what do we all think?

When you give total control to a computer, it’s only a matter of time before it pulls a Skynet on you and you’re running for your life.

Banner of Rage and MoS? Seems a bit redundant - the frenzy will protect you from everything the MoS does.
Are the horsemen for warmachine hunting? In some ways its better to just spend the 162 points on more troops & count on getting stuck in by turn 2.

Looks solid but may I make one suggestion. Give the Marauders Mark of Nurgle, sine they are WS 4 most things will be hitting them on 5's. IMO thats more useful than 5 extra attacks, but it is your call

The mark of Nurgle is -1 WS in combat. Its only useful for turning WS5 into 4 and WS2 into 1.
Stick with the MoK - should be more than 5 attacks. You're hoarding the Marauders, right?
Or save 20 points and take the MoS. Might not seem like much, but never taking panic/fear checks still has a value.

But if your not going to Hoard Marauders, then Shield and mark of TZ would be the better option. I don't mind the lost figures on a Marauder hoard. They should be facing off against other elite troops which will be 5-7 wide, not a lot of opportunity is lost on the ends.
I actually don't use MoK on my marauder hoard - I've been saving the 30 points (6 marauders) and going unmarked. Having missed a few panic/fear checks in the past, I'll instead be using the MoS going forward.
