Just need a bit of clarification here. I know you cant declare an impossible charge (ie. 19" away but you could only make 17" max), but frenzy says the unit must charge if it can. Does the impossible charge take precedence over the frenzy?

In other words, you only have to test if you are within your max range. But even if they are at the max (if you rolled double 6) you have to test, and if you fail, charge.
