Pictures aren't the greatest (you need more light) but it seems you've got the basics down. Pretty amazing really for just 2 months practice. The rest is just try, try & try again I'm affraid.
If you've got any specific questions, you might get more response.

Check out my gallery here
Also I've started taking photos to use as reference for weathering which can be found here. Please send me your photos so they can be found all in one place!!

what kind of criticism are you looking for exactly? For only painting 2 months, your models look great....unless the less than stellar pics are obscuring the flaws on the models.

If you are looking for any critiquing my only advice/suggestions would be to work on the neatness of your painting, there are lines that could be straighter, blends that could have a more subtle increase in color gradient, those types of things will really elevate the look of your characters.

1000 points of Teil-Shan (my own scheme) Eldar Craftworld in progress

Indeed, your painting is very, very good for 2 months. Wish I was that good at 2 months.

I can tell you paint quickly and finish quickly just by looking at those photos. Nothing wrong with that but nothing special either. Remember that the thicker your paint on the mini the worse it can look. More experienced painters will pick this up rather easily. Water down your paints a little to make the mini look smoother. People like myself will do about 3-4 coats of paint to give that smooth finish. Takes longer but looks great. Might or might not be something you want to do though.

I can tell you had a lot of fun with these mini's too. Lots of bright colours and variety. Good stuff, thats what its all about.

Try and take better pics. Light is very important for taking photos. Indoors and camera flashes can do bad things to photos.

Try and find some YouTube movies on painting minis. A good place to start is here...
