So an Immobile shooting unit doing as much shooting damage to the termies as 2 kills kans (that is, not a lot) vs. Derpstriking unit of doom... Come again?

I'd say 5 LF with 4 plasma cannons- 155. VS the termies. Againts the serpent: 6 LF and 5 ML for 140 points. I've seen it happen plenty of times.

And pardon my extreme ignorance, but I have no idea what ninja'd means. Someone care to explain to a poor lost techless soul?

Really? 2 seperate sets of 2 D. Cannons, which wound on a 2+, autokill on a 6, and are AP2 wont kill them? There are 4 shots out of each Platform ,meaning at least one, usually two will hit. 4/5 of each should wound, so 8 wounds. SS will save 4.5, give it 5, so 3 dead. Even if those 2 left kill a Platform, which they will, good luck getting to the other one alive.

you do realize that D-cannon do not have 4 shots, but rather a small blast? at which once the terminators deep strike, they can spread out by running, and not giving you a good amount of hits.

Uhhm, a question, isn't a D-Cannon heavy 1 blast? I don't really know where you get 4 shots from...

Of course, I'm not a eldar expert but still, am I so far from the target?

Yeah, he's slow alright, but he deepstrikes and you only burn through 1 wound/turn with the lances (Much, much less in combat or with the blasts). And when he reaches combat he'll slowly kill you.
