I would drop one of the terminator squads and get a Land Raider to carry them. I would swap out the Captains Lightning Claws for a Relic Blade and Storm Shield. I would get a Drop Pod for the Dread. I would replace the Heavy bolter on the Storm for a heavy flamer or multimelta. I would lose the Assault Squad and take two Hybird Predators. I would lose all the Powerfists on the tacticals to scrounge up points for said upgrades. Then you could call your list semi-competitive I think.

I would swap out the cap't for a librarian. Heading toward competitive means psychic Offense and Defense. SW, BA and loads of others have a lot of psy-annoying powers. The psychic hood and Null Zone are great nullifiers/equalizers.

I'd ad a vindicator for some firepower
