This was always a question that bugged me, I mean command squads can take bikes if your captain has one, so why not jump packs? My captain can take one! One of the most accomplished and veteran squads in the company, with access to plasma, melta, power weapons, and they can't take a measly jump pack?
Oh it makes me MAD
