Is there any gaming clubs in the Akron/Canton, Ohio? I am looking to join one, or possibly starting my own. I have several friends that are also interested in joining.

There's JAC games down in the valley. I've visited there before and everyone was nice. I've never actually played there though since I started after college and now live in Cleveland. There are quite a few places around Cleveland - mostly on the west side for gaming.

JAC is a great place to play. Lots of gaming tables and nice people there. All levels of competition. Monthly tournaments as well. A very nice selection of product always in stock as well.

Cleveland is a great area too if you don't mind a little drive. Gamer's Haven, Warzone Matrix, and Recess Games are a few of the known areas. Gamer's Haven every tuesday evening is 40k night. Friday/Sat/Sun are open table days. Matrix has 40k on Monday evenings. Recess not sure their schedule.

Recess no longer has any open gaming as far as I know. I heard that they run some BFG games every once and a while but they no longer have the room since the moved stores inside of the 2 different malls.
