so at last i got my trygon done this weekend, and it feels good to se this bad ass done. it is goign to be fun to put him on the tabel but now id like to get some feed back on what you guys here think about it.
what is good and what is not.

love it... really love what you did with the greens... the colour seems very smooth and even as well... so good job on that...
i'd probably stick in a little more detail or eye candies into the model... but then again... that's just me...
otherwise, a great model that's really well painted... i'm quite very impressed... =)

haha cool stuff man... my housemate actually has a trigon sitting there that's not painted... and its only BEGGING me to go do it up...
anyway... can't wait to see the finished product... again... really love how evenly coated your paintjob is... =)
mind if i asked though, what colours did you use for the green carapace?

nps at all ^^ the flat color is goblin green then i took a mix of brown and scorpion green for the most up part of the carapce then i gave it a green wash. after that i gave it a layer och camo green that 1:1 mix of color and water so that it is thin down. you need to get some of the goblin green to come out as well. when that was done i gave it a new green wash and then i took a small brush to fil out the uper part of the carapace whit devil mud. ( on the green/brown mix) i did this to give it a dirty look, and when that was done i gave it a scorpion green drybrhus. and that is how it is done.

sweet thank man... i'm not really a tyrannid collector (i'm a huge SM fan) but i do love painting something random every now and then (from tyrannids to CSM hehe)...
