So heres a question if I take Maugan rah and a squad of dark reapers with exarch and fast shot could I use both Maugan Rah and the exarchs fast shot. Not on the same unit but like maugan fires his weapon at +1 shot and the exarch fires his weapon at +1 shot. It says that powers arent cumulative but its not adding together but it is affecting the whole squad.

Ignoring the issue that Phoenix Lords can't use the Exarch Powers RaW anyway, I would say that yes, you can, since it's two different models using a special rule that happens to be the same one.

Yup. Maugan Ra is still a separate model and each model is only getting +1 Shot.

The Fat Shot exarch power is for the model only, the cumulative is put there for powers that effect the unit. So no +2 to pen for double tank hunters on Fire Dragon exarch and PL.

Also, forehead slap on the PL and Exarch powers. Don't confuse the kiddies Gwar and keep that for RaW fun thread

Makes sense. When you compare Banshees to Wyches, you can tell the Banshees have been at the Cream Cakes.

Correct, Maugen can fire with +1 shots and the Exarch can fire with +1 shots. You can also have them both use Crack Shot, or even mix and match between the two (but neither one can use both Crack and Fast)
