eBay! I got a 2000 point list for less than 200 (now with double the Banshees!).

If you go for Cheap, likely you wont have effectiveness. GW prices it's models based on popularity apparently, and effective models are popular.

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

I am personally going this route. Im not buying Banshees as my aspect warriors though. I think ill go either striking scorps or fire dragons. I also think its lame that the battleforce only comes with 5 avengers? I figure battleforce + aspect warriors + falcon + avatar or autarch + 3-5 bikes and im ready!

4250 points of Blood Angels goodness, sweet and silky W12-L6-D4
1000 points of Teil-Shan (my own scheme) Eldar Craftworld in progress

650 points of my do-it-yourself Tempest Guard
675 points of Commoraghs finest!

And Eldar are especially not cheap.

But scouring eBay, Dakka swap, discount retailers, etc. is really your only way to go.
