Devlan Mud wash. Seriously. Varying amounts of it will do wonders.

That rust is done by painting the area with Tin Bitz then probably some Dwarf Bronze, then a Thrakka Green wash or two in the recesses.

Do you mean the green stuff that forms around the edges? Can't remember the name of that but then generally say to use a mix of turquise and dark green watered down then washed into the recesses.

If you're asking about the blue 'grime' stuff in the second pic (which I think you are) then you may want to try mixing ultramarines blue and dark angels green 1:1 then water it down again 1:1 or 1:2. That's the easiest way I've found to make verdigri which looks virtually identical to that.

Washes, stippled paint, oil filters, weathering powders/pigments... plenty of different ways to achieve rust, mud, stains, and general grime. There are plenty of tutorials floating around online for each one of these methods, and others. Give a quick search for the specific gunk you want (remember some less than common jargon that may help - that blue-green stuff on copper is called "verdigris" and if it's not quite rust, it's probably "patina").
