Without a great deal of changes to your list, I'd put the 5 man crew in the
LRR as they're more fragile and need the protection. The other crew should be outside where their RocketLauncher *might* so something ... and their greater amount of bolters, too.

I'm betting that the next opponent who has better anti-Tank will take your lunch money.
A savvy opponent will concentrate on the bagging the
LRR and subsequently its passengers. The other 5 man troop is a tidbit to swallow. Then you're back to fighting for a Draw.
The second crew needs a rhino ... or to come in Reserve, but the rhino is better. I wouldn't cut anything from your list. I'd add 2 rhinos, and 15 marines, working your way to at least 1250 points games.
