Chainsword arm, cut of the chain sword and put a sword shaped piece of plasticard in place, to go further add a piece of guitar string or wire or whatever you use to hook it up to a backpack of sorts.

Rummage though an old bits box, and you'll find plenty of good potential power weapons. The catachans in particularly have awesome swords that look great painted power-weapony.

Done.
What I use for this is actually a pair of thin steel wire leads going into a laspack on the belt.
Prime and paint blue. Here are a few examples of when I've done it.
