Your core is good, but there are a few modifications I'd make.

First, everything in this list is mechanized, except for Mephiston, (since he is not an IC, and can not ride with any squads) and the Furisoso. So while every one else can move up 12 inches and still shot a weapon, these units will be footslogging behind. Although, Mehpiston can use Wings of Sanguinis to jump around.

Second, the DP Dread is unsupported. Common wisdom says that a single, unsupported pod dropping in will usually have its contents destroyed before it can really do much. I see no exception to this rule here.

Third, Mehpiston will take a lot of fire, which can be good or bad. Lots of players will concentrate on him, so the rest of your stuff can move around without a lot of shots being fired at them. But even enough lasgun fire can whittle him down with forced saves.

Also, the captain and the scouts are probably unnecessary.

I'd start by swapping the captain for a Reclusiarch. Having him with an Assault squad will do so much more than a Captain. Then, focus on adding more mechanized firepower to your force. Baals, Predatros, and Vindicators are all good choices here.

Not a bad list at all.

Mephiston is hit or miss, I say this because of his lack of invulnerable save. He is a beast in combat, but is fairly easily killed by enough low AP weapons. He may work for you, or he may not, but either way he is one of the most expensive things you could play, he costs more then a Land Raider...

Power Weapons on priests, when you boil it all down the priests are one wound independant characters with no invulnerable save, one power weapon wound and they are done. Because of the amazing buff they give to the squad they will be targeted first...

Scouts, if your drop the power weapons from the priests I would recommend droping this squad and useing the combined points to take an additional Heavy Support option.

If your going to Drop Pod a Dreadnought I would recommend giving him a Multi-Melta, this way you can use him to take out a tank. This unit is your suicide unit, he is going to need to take out something big to earn his points back.

I would also recommend changeing your predator load out to an Auto Cannon with Lascannon Sponsons, not only will it reduce the point costs of the unit considerably, but it will make it more effective by giving the model more shots so it can go against both armor and infantry.

After typeing all of that I noticed that your playing at 2000 points. At 2000 points IMO you really need atleast 3, 10 man squads of marines, I would suggest trying to fit in a 3rd assult squad. There are many ways you can go about this.

Mephiston is a expensive HQ choice who doesn't have a invulnerable save and isn't a I.C - can be torrented with lascannons and plasma and down he goes. I'd take a normal Librarian over him and the Captain TBH - much better and benefits the army then.

Lone Dreadnought will die soon enough even if hiding behind a Land Raider - should take in pairs and take the wings power

Priests don't need power weapons as they benefit the unit for a bargain price, get them in combat they will die rapidly so save yourself some points.

I'd drop the Scouts and the other Dreadnought and take three auto/las Predators to support the Raiders and Dreadnoughts as they advance, though really it's more troops with a transport you need.
