Can't have magic items/weapons on the BSB only magic banners and standard equip like heavy armory, great weapons, etc. Looks good other then that.

If the BSB has a Magical Banner than he can't have any other magic items. My does not have a magic banner so he can still have magic items as normal.

Looks solid. Maybe combine the gnoblars since 25 of them wont hold too well for a tarpit. Although if you have ogres nearby then I guess they just need to hold for 1 to 2, not 4
