send them a mail. they will forward it if need be...
Alternatively you can go into the PP-forums. They have a thread on this, which gives you the info needed. I am a bit lazy, so get it yourself

Send them an email, which is easily found on their website. They are very good about replaceing stuff. Alternitly you can contact a press ganger in your area and they may be able to help.
however, my first method of solving this problem would be to go back to the game store where you bought the model and see what they will do about it. A store, be it online or brick and morter will generally solve your problem much quicker then a company.

The e-mail address for the European frontdesk is eumissingparts@privateerpress.com. Send them a mail and you should be ok. It works faster if you can give them the part number of the missing part, which can be found in the online store. But a decent description of the part should be enough.

I have already emailed them at that address and so far have not had a reply.
Any idea how long it takes for them to respond?

I'd resend the e-mail, with a CC to frontdesk@privateerpress.com, stating that it's email 2/2.
You might be able to hunt a number down...

Give them a few days, depending on how many people they have working it may take them a few days to catch up. If you dont here anything back from them by CoB today then send them another email.
Alternatly, have you tried calling the place you bought it from?

Ohh that sucks, most of my FLGS will trade out the model or open one and give me the part I'm missing there on the spot.
Generally PP and most minatures companies are pretty good about replaceing missing parts.

They might take couple of days to answer, but if you don't get response in by Thursday send another mail as Devilsquid proposes. I had to send couple of mails when my Holt was missing one of his gun blades.

Mmmm been 4 days now since I sent them an email, sent another one last night.
Really hoping I get this resolved sometime soon, I am a recent convert to PP games from almost 20 years of GW and so far have heard nothing but good things about PP customer relations but am beginning to wonder now.

I've bought PP stuff for over 7 years, and have never had a problem getting things resolved with missing parts.
Also realize, they don't always send an email to confirm they got your message. Most times you'll just receive your piece in the mail.

it now been 9 days since I sent the email and have still heard nothing.
PP may have amazing customer service in the US, but I am beginning to think they just dont care about the UK!

Is there a UK based number or do I need to call the US?
I have looked all over the internet and have not come up with a Europe based number for them!
