I'd go with Marine 1.
I've seen lots of black painted SM, with just the shoulder pads to seperate them apart.
The yellow on Marine 2 just looks wrong and does not really stand out.

The next stage to really get an idea would be to paint up a sample model for each of the colours.

cool. Nice job on the chapter. But you need history and chapter regulars before you can call it a true chapter.

I like the basics of your scheme... Really not a fan of the trim color though. It clashes a bit. You might try and seek a contrast or a compliment to the main tones.

EDIT: To be honest I like the trim color on #3 but black is a pain to get highlighted without it coming out looking like a turd sandwich. I would suggest perhaps an olive drab or a navy blue for the trim. Or perhaps an earthen tone? Hmm. Play around with it.
