Just a small intro for a Night Lords story, hope you enjoy

Segmentum Pacificus
Mycet Planet Group
Mycet III
Class: Forge World

This place reminded them of home. They were born into darkness and for ten thousand years they fought to bring the same darkness to every damned Imperial planet they descended upon. The Imperial bastards, so afraid of what they could not see, they fled thinking they could hide from their judgment. And how they cowered in the darkness! They huddled in groups, they hid in pairs, the heroes were mercilessly eviscerated, the runners toyed with by the Raptors, if only these weaklings knew the power they gave their hunters- "Power through Fear. Justice through Fear. Dominance through Fear." The hunters made the Imperial's home their own and turned it into a hunting ground.

For three nights, Mycet III plunged into perpetual darkness as its last planetary generator was destroyed.

When Imperial Naval forces arrived at Mycet III one week later, they only found a world with no light. The forges had been picked clean and a billion, now schizophrenic, personnel were found locked inside the Titan Foundry. The five Reaver Titans once stored here were missing. The Imperial Fleet Commander ordered an immediate search of the planet to find the war engines and a communique was sent to Segmentum Command informing them of the pillage of Mycet III.

For three weeks the planetary search went on. It was on the last day of the third week when the Imperial search teams had actually found something. It was in the Arch-Magos' sanctum of Forge X78, where the high Tech-Priests were splayed apart and their bodies hung all across the ceiling. On the ceiling was a phrase written in blood, written in a ten thousand year old dead language.

It simply said, "We have come for you."

"We have come for you"
