It's owened/operated by the same guy that does BitKingdom.
I'd be VERY hesitant to order from this guy. There are a few threads scattered around the boards here about problems with the company. Maybe things have shaped up over the past year, but prices would have to be insane to make me even consider ordering with them again.

Their prices look good, 25% off, but what is the shipping? How do you order for that matter?
You can get that kind of discount at larger online stores too though, i.e. miniaturemarket. I think I'll stick to the stores I know unless I learn more about this krack or any incentives they offer.

If I recall what catapulted Plastic Krack to getting a lot of attention on their first go-round was the amazing limited deals they'd offer periodically. These were deals on expensive models offered at prices so low that there was either little profit or in some cases a small loss per kit. It might be something like Land Raiders or Shadowswords at between 40% and 60% off , but there would only be 5 available. I never tried any of those offers out tempting as they were. Then shortly after Plastic Krack started up with that they appeared to run into problems and vanished.

They don't have anything in stock (at least from all of my experiences). So you'd have to wait for them to order, hope they didn't forget, and then it would be weeks before you saw the stuff. Yeah, good discount but I wouldn't do business with them unless they had stock to ship in house.

I'd rather have a smaller discount or even no discount and good, reliable, reputable service. I'll stick with The War Store, Spikey Bitz and eBay when I'm looking for a deal below list price. And to everyone who left a useful comment here, thanks for protecting your fellow hobbyists from possible difficult dealings.

Hello,
This is Brandon from PK and if I'm allowed to keep my post here I will. We did sent out that email and you will be hearing a lot more from me as I work with Nate from here on out.
Thank you to everyone for the honest feedback and I hope to help fix this. We just want to provide everyone with a good service, products and prices.
Nate had trouble keeping up with a lot of small bit orders because of the lack of online ordering and things got difficult. But that shouldn't be an excuse.
I'm here to help fix these problems and we've been taking care of any missed orders. If you have any problems or questions you can contact me directly through PlasticKrack.com and I will take care of everything for you.
We're going to be moving towards Plastic Krack where we stock the new and hot products and move away from very small bit orders that we've done for so long at Bit Kingdom.
Thanks,
Brandon

I think you'ld have to go a loooong way to beat the service I've received from Maelstrom Games...don't know what they're like if you're a custmoer in the USA, but they're brilliant to deal with from Australia...

Im a big fan of The War Store, and theres a couple sellers on ebay I use pretty regularly. Much like ^^^ said Ive come to the conclusion that the service is the biggest factor. A bit of a discount is always good, but Ive been burned several times by huge discounts followed by terrible and slow service.
I wish the Krack guys luck, but it might be tough as there are already several really great places out there. My advice would be concentrate on the service. Sure, you may attract a good bunch of cheapskates with low prices, but it wont last long if they arent happy with the overall transaction. Getting stuff out the door and to the customer quickly, and addressing any problems quickly will get you much farther than low prices in the long run. Best example I can think of is The War Store...usually around 20% off retail (which some scoff at) and they get orders out the door like lives depend on it. They are in NY, I am in FL and if I order an in stock item over the weekend or early monday its at my door wed or thurs. Cant beat that.

Thanks for all the feedback and responses. We appreciate it.
Just to clarify though Plastic Krack is a part of Bit Kingdom. It was a fun thing we did a long time ago but we got away from it because of the growth of Bit Kingdom.
Bit Kingdom has been in business for over 3 years and has fulfilled thousands of orders and we have doing so this entire year. There were a few snags with orders but those as always have been taken care of or are in the process.
We just got away from our Plastic Krack service but Bit Kingdom has always been in business we just didn't bombard with emails like we used too.
We're just bringing back Plastic Krack to focus on hot products that we will stock. We're bringing back this improved service because over the year we received a lot of requests for it.
Thanks again,
Brandon of Plastic Krack

I for one was happy with my orders from Bitkingdom and Plastic Krack.
I got in on one of the first PK deals for two battle wagons for 60 bucks
I bought 4
I always got everything I ordered from BK or PK. It was usually very fast turn around. I had a couple issues, but Nate always remedied them, and I even got sent some extras for free

Frankly, Brandon, you're not the first guy that Nate has employed to "help him out" with stuff.
Last I heard, Nate still owed payment to the last guy.
Forgive my cynicism but, based on my experience as the Admin in charge of advertisers on Bartertown (where Nate advertised until we gave him the boot), I'll wait until I see a good straight 12 months of clean dealings before believing Nate's claims.

I wouldn't go near this.
I placed an order with one of the deals way back when the stompa came out.
Nate forgot about my order and it took well over a month to be resolved.
Felt like I was getting the run around the whole time.

I made several orders from Nate when BK went live. As his sales increased, his ability to complete/ ship orders dropped drastically. My first order was delivered within a week and my last order took over 2 months.
I've had many phone conversations with Nate and believe he is an honest man who attempted to make a hobby he loves into a business he owns. Unfortunately, he was unable to deliver consistent/ satisfactory service.
Due to my personal experiences, I will never purchase anything from Nate or any company afilliated with Nate, regardless of how much "help" he hires or how deep the discounts are.
Obviously, some people will ignore posts like mine and give Nate/ BK a chance... atleast "we" warned you.
