I need help, I am starting a vampire counts army for fantasy, I am normally a 40k player, and I thought vampire counts were cool because they remind me a lot of "Army of Darkness" with all the skeleton warriors and all, and I thought it would be really funny to make an "Evil Ash" model, I just cant seem to find any good ideas for custom making one, anyone got any suggestions

probably a model from the Catachan Command Box would make a good Evil Ash. You can also use the Chainsword from the sprue to give him a Chainsaw arm and the extra blades to use as extra hand weapons.

That one's gonna be alot harder. All I can suggest is maybe kitbash the Grave Guard with Empire Greatswords.

I would suggest trying to convert him out of vlad, the Vlad model has about the right face and some good armor, just try to remove most of the hair and maybe the bearpaw, then swap his one hand for something with another sword.
