I am looking in to Malifaux, and I like all the Steampunk Models. As there is no specific "Steampunk" Crew, I beg the Question: Can I Create my own Crew?

Not sure what you mean by creating your own crew.

Can you put together a force of whatever Malifaux stuff you want? Yes, within limits. There are factions in Malifaux.

Guild, Arcanists, Neverborn, Ressurectionists, and Outcasts. Outcasts can be taken by any of the factions, but cost a bit more.

There are also some models that will allow certain others regardless of faction.

As far as creating your own characters, that is not within the rules. You can use alternative models and "Count as" someone that is in the rules.

As for a "Steampunk" crew, there are some new models in the expansion, Rising Powers, that may fit what you are lookign for.

Are you talking about the Steampunk Abominations? If so then your going to want to run Leviticus.

Certain Masters have the ability to hire either specific things, or a broad range of models. However if you hire outside your faction it usually costs you a point more.

You can't create your own character, and using Proxy models is not allowed my Wyrd.

I mean like Mixing the Victorias and LJ and The guy with eagle thing.

You can only take multiple masters in brawls. Believe me, the faction restrictions exist for well and good reason.

However, Malifaux is far less restrictive than most games, and if you want a steampunk themed crew, Ramos, Leviticus, or the new MS&U Henchmen (Model that can be used as a master) from the second book are all very good options.

Victoria is a mercanary so in a Brawl you could combine her with Lady Justice. Although I'm not sure why you'd want to. I'm also not sure how either of the masters you mentioned were steampunkish. When I think about Steampunk in Malifaux I think of masters like Leviticus or Ramos.
