Just want something balanced and fun and relativly solid. Libby and Vulkan ride in Redeemer with terms, Tacticals roll with tanks at full strength to capture enemy bases. Snipers babysit objective (combat squad/infiltrate for multiple) and get a 2+ cover save when going to ground in cover.

A minor item, in your otherwise good list;
The dread out for, possibly another troop, but that's being really nit-picky.
Why? While he is good for an anti-I boost in your very anti-tank list, you could possibly use another scoring unit at 2k.
Given your 29-2-3 record, it ought not to matter.

I recently squeezed the Dread into the list because it seems there are more Dark Eldar flying circus lists popping up where I play, and my Speeders alone cannot tangle with Raider spam. I really want to fit a second into my list.

I'd think your list could be stronger - the list doesn't use Vulken enough. Either cut him or refocus all your units IMO.
You are fine for scoring units though. You really want to use as little troops as you can get away with as marines, they are expensive and have only small output. Therefore don't take them with the idea of them putting out your offense - you have plenty of toys to choose from that can perform that role well.

If your local meta is heavy on flying circus style lists, then I'd say drop the Vindicators. Lack of range+target priority means they, not your Land Raider, will probably be taken out first.

They are popping up, but BA and other MEQ armies are still the most played. I like the Vindicators because they deny BA their FnP and kill multi-wound models easily. I find they also fit with my list; get within 24" and shoot, while providing a solid wall of armor, and they don't get isolated in the backfield like predators would.
I know the list doesn't take full advantage of Vulkan, but I still like the character and it does provide ample` bonuses. I have played a Vulkan drop pod list is the past, and I am not a big fan of just spamming one type of weapon or unit; it makes for a very boring (but effective) playstyle.

Personally Im not a fan of mixing combi weapon and special weapon. It is a little less of an issue when you have Vulkan tho.
Not a hughe fan of the Redeemer the Crusader is worth the 10pts difference in my book.
One think Id consider is droping one MM/HF speeder and the PFs in favour of a second Rifelman dread.
It would even further decrease your melta/flamer abundance tho...
