you can't take grimnar in an army that has less than 1500 points.

While technically you can take him in a list at this low of points, i really really wouldn't recommend it, as it is going to hurt, quite a bit.

I guess to me i need to know what you are trying to go for before i can offer too much help. Is this for a tag team tournament in which case i guess you may be adding to your counterpart in some way. As a stand alone though i feel like it just doesn't do enough, all your eggs end up in 2 realatively small baskets and with what others can bring at 750 points i don't think your chances are that great simply because you'll be shot to death before you get a chance to do much damage back, Esentialy your cyclone missile launcher will be working overtime and not much else would be my guess. I might be wrong it depends on your meta and like i said what you intend to do wth it.

There's no 1500 point limit to use Grimnar.

He's just eating into your army's performance at such a low point limit. He's like two squads of troops.

Point minimums, IIRC do not exist this Edition.
However, running Grimnar at this low of points is a huge sink; you have very few models in this list, also they seem to be geared for CC which will be hard when footslogging.
I would suggest a Wolf Lord and Grey Hunters with 'Backs and Rhinos.
Away from book so I couldn't give a detailed list.

yeah there is nowhere in the rules that says you can't but for the same points you can get alot more bang for your buck. so if you really want to then i guess give it a test run against some opponents, my guess is that it would be a hard pressed battle.

I have a 500 point wolfwing and it has only 7 models inc. Logan Grimnar it is also very hard to win with (still fun though)
