Gooooood Morning Dakka!!

I know it's pretty early to start thinking about Ard Boyz 2011, but I want to get a jump on buying, painting, and testing for it. Last year I got to the Semi-Finals with Mechdar. This year I don't know what to go with.

Here are my choices so far (and yes I'm a Phil Kelly Fan)

Biker Rush
1xWarboss on Bike etc,
10xNob Bikers (usual stuff, for multi wound abuse)
1xWazdakka
12xBikers (PK, BP)
12xBikers (PK, BP)
12xBikers (PK, BP)
3x Deffkoptas (1 BuzzKopta + 2 regular)
3x Deffkoptas (1 BuzzKopta + 2 regular)
3x Deffkoptas (1 BuzzKopta + 2 regular)
Kan Wall
2x Big Mek w/KFF
3x30 Shoota Boys (Nob,PK,BP, bigshootas)
9x Killa Kans
Etc…
Mechdar
Eldrad
Yriel
10 banshees + Wave serpent
6 fire dragons+ Wave serpent
6 fire dragons+ Wave serpent
10 Dire avengers + Wave serpent
10 Dire avengers + Wave serpent
10 Dire avengers + Wave serpent
Fire Prism
Fire Prism
Fire Prism
Space Wolves
??? Just got the book I don’t know what I want to play.

I don’t usually play at the smaller point totals unless I catch a random tourney at my FLGS. So here’s my quandary…Which of these armies do I play? Or Do I build something new?
I have the Orks, Eldar, and Wolves codexes to build out of. I won’t be going into Dark Eldar anytime soon since they are going to be the flavor O’ the Month around here at least.

Thanks in Advance

Awesome Autarch

Las Vegas, NV

You might want to redirect this to lists? Not trying to be a douche here, but this is more of a list advice question.

For what it's worth though, I think either list looks pretty solid although I would add at the least klaws and polls to the biker squads in the first list as well as diversified wargear to the nobs. Also, that type of Ork list is particularly susceptible to leadership based attacks such as tank shocks, pinning, and worst of all, PBS.

In the second list I would consider a second autarch to go all reserves which is a great Mechdar strategy, and also to minimize the DA sqauds to add an exarch + pike + crack shot to the FDs as that BS5 shot that ignores cover and has extra melta range has proven to be game winning in my experience. Also, I wold consider dropping 1 Fire Prism for a night spinner.

Thanks Reecius. How do I redirect this? Should I just make a new posting in lists?

Automatically Appended Next Post:
I've tried the NightSpinner and have not been too impressed yet.

They either make their saves, don't roll 1s for their Dangerous terrain tests, or have fearless which means no pinning IIRC.

For something that's supposed to cut through armor it sucks that it has an AP of -

Have you had better luck of it?
