$15 seems like a fair price for bag personalization.
I do like how Battlefoam offers you to send over your preexisting bags for personalization. A nice consideration.

Price is related to supply and demand.
These guys sold out at Adepticon this year, and looked like they were close at GenCon.
I would say they are priced just right for what gamers are willing to pay. Any higher and we all go to Sabol again.
