Incredibly doubtful. CSM wouldn't because he's not a chaos god.
Loyalists wouldn't because it's Heresy.
Best suggestion would be to make your own chapter that doe such.

That would be very, very odd, seeing as Khaine is a god of the Eldar. And while Khorne has some form of manifestation and presence throughout the material and immaterial universe, Khaine is supposed to be a dead god and the Avatars are his memento.
There is an interview with Gav Thorpe in the net where he delves into the Eldar lore and mythos; these should be interesting if you really want it to stick. But for the most part, GW is clear on this; either SM are on the side of the Imperium, or on the side of Chaos.

No, for a number of reasons.
1. Khaine is not a chaos god, (before you ask no he is not an aspect of khorne)
2. CSM are still fighting for humanity after a fashion, just not for the imperium. Worshiping a xenos god would be seen as the pinnacle of degeneracy, even by their standards.
Now lets please abandon this thread before C.S. Goto sees it and gets an idea for his next novel.
