Looking for some, either have a club, or I could see how many are interested, and perhaps set up a club in my city (Winchester, Virginia) At a church or something. Just let me know whos around, and perhaps it could happen.

Chantilly has regular 40k games, still a bit far but that's the best I can do.

We play in Martinsburg fairly regularly
Thursdays are going to be the official "club" day I believe
there's actually a tournament coming up next month, as this month's happened last weekend.

If you don't mind a bit of a drive, The End Game Center in Charlottesville VA has a pretty active GW community with lots of players for both Fantasy and 40k. The community is super friendly as well and loves to have new people on board. For 40k/Fantasy the best day to come by is Saturday, as that is when you'll be most likely to find a game. We actually have a 2000pt team tournament (1000pts per person) on the 27th.
I'm actually the owner of the shop, and I'd love it if you came to visit sometime. I think you'll find our community very friendly and ready to help you get involved. Of course general gaming is free as well, you can use the tables and terrain whenever you want, as long as the store is open.
