My Orks against my buddy's Necrons. Here is what I am thinking:

Big Mek KFF 85
Mad Dok Grotsnik 160

Ork Boyzx29-Sluggas
Nob
PK
Cybork 354

Ork Boyzx28-Sluggas
Nob
PK
BP
Cybork 348

I know the main way of thinking is do not equip boys, so should I drop the Cybork? My buddy will be sporting 3 destroyers, will I have trouble with them seeing as I have mostly a CC army here? I could drop the Cybork and have 3 big units of sluggas, or drop Grotsnik and a boyz mob for a well equiped nobz mob. I know the KFF can really only cover 2 units effectively, so if I did do a 3rd boyz mob they would not benefit from the cover save. Though 2 shoota mobs under the KFF and 1 slugga mob on the flank seems cool too. Also no BP on the unit with Grotsnik as he gives Fearless.

Also this is our first game and he is wanting to drop the Phase Out Rule because he only has 28 warriors and it would be easy to lose with so little. What would be a good reconcile here? Drop the WBB rule?

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd
-Alexis de Tocqueville.
