I'm Sorry i don't have a picture for this, but yesterday i was in my local games workshop and this little asian kid opened a unit of black orcs AND THERE WAS A LASCANNON ON THE SPRUE O.o

Hard to believe. Are you saying an IG heavy weapon sprue was somehow in the box? There is no way a wrong part would magically be on the sprue.

it is possible, GW often make mistakes i have bought a starter set directly from them and the sprues were empty.

It's possible that there was a lascannon in the box but I doubt very much that it was part of the sprue.

No, it's not. It would be possible to have a loose part in the box, but the only way that the piece could be actually on the sprue is for someone at the foundry to build, mould and cast an actual sprue in that configuration. There is no possible way for a part from a different set to get 'mixed in' on an injection moulded sprue.
