Okay, so I put a video of my magnetized Landspeeder and Flying Base up. The model itself needs finishing, but hopefully you get the idea. The audio isn't great - I need to pick up a new mic and redo that.
At that point I'll also put up the step-by-step instructions which include the Typhoon Missile Launcher, not shown in this video because I've improved the method since I did my model. The instructions will also have the parts list for anyone who would rather attempt to source it all themselves.
I've had enough positive responses from dakka members, game stores, etc, to go ahead with the kits and they should be ready to go by Tuesday.
The weapons kit for the Landspeeder will sell for $5 or $12 for 3.
The Flying Base kit will go for $3 or $7 for 3.
The combined kit (contents shown below) will be $7 or $16 for 3.
Postage (on any number of kits) will be $2 to the US and Canada, $3 for most other civilised places!
I've got a growing "to do" list, more requests are welcome.
Finally, I'm trying to come up with a good name for a website - a prize if you PM me the winning suggestion!

How well does it resist spinning around if the model is knocked?
Thanks - I knew I should have applied for a patent on that!
Spin resistance is pretty good. To help the model to grip the ball, I experimented with all kinds of treatments and coatings. In the end, I found the best was simply a bead of PVA glue to form a cushion for the ball. Again, I'll put some pictures in the "how to" video.
I keep dithering about which is the best place to post this stuff, but there's a thread in Modelling and Painting with a video showing the aforementioned magnetized Dreadnought going together:
