Number one recommendation for this list is to get all the wargear for the crushers for optimal wound allocation... helps them survive even longer. I like UM on my thirster rather than death strike, but never really used death strike, so not sure how effective it would be. Not a huge fan of the mask since she can't join a unit, has only 2W and has low toughness... I'd have a tzerald chariot with bolt instead.

I'm a Tzeentch guy, too.

However: this list is built for anti-infantry fighting. If your opponent brings all infantry, you'll probably do fine... but if not, you have almost no anti-vehicle capability. You have 2 highly visible and very obvious targets, and if your opponent takes them out, you'll be sitting around desperately hoping to get a glance or two in on his vehicles.

A good dark eldar, eldar, or tau army would tear this thing apart. As would a marine army with a couple of LRs and some decent firepower.

Make squads smaller. Instead of 2 squads of 10 or 15, run 3-4 squads of 7. More targets, more charges equals more attacks, fewer models getting hit by blast templates, better chance of getting objectives, etc.

Maybe even take one of each troop choice. Bearers for objectives, horrors for range, letters and 'ettes for attacky.

I disagree with this. Small squad sizes work well (Holy Alliteration, Batman!) for Plaguebearers and Horrors. However, for the other troop choices, you need the extra bodies to soak up bullets. Daemonettes especially need large mobs to be effective as they depend on volume of attacks to do damage, and with T3 and a 5++ aren't very survivable. I wouldn't run Bloodletters in squads smaller than 10 either.

Trading Death Strike for Unholy Might is a very good idea. The Masque isn't that great, and you need those upgrades for your Crushers so I would drop her.

Hi.

I made this list whilst I was round at his house. The Soul Grinder has the Tongue upgrade to deal with those pesky tanks.

Death Strike is there because, well, it's a plasma pistol that doesn't get hot....I don't know, I'm a fool.

I feel like solo soulgrinders are just going to eat every anti-tank gun in your opponents army, so they either need to be fielded in multiples or not at all. I think dropping the grinder and the masque for a couple bolt of tzeentch pink horror squads would be your best bet.
