Try making it with chorizo instead of ham, it's great, the creamy sauce goes orange and it very rich.
We have an italian restaurant in town here, 'established in 1982' it has written above the door. And you go in and you'd swear it was 1982. You know the Italian place the police go to in 'Ashes to Ashes', it's just like that. Kitsch candle holders, chequered table cloths, textured wallpaper to make it look like you're in a villa, faux wood panelling, menus the size of a broadsheet newspaper.

Nah, but I DO like a good arrabiata, and you can't really go wrong with a bit of bolognese. I actually make a pretty good ragu. I worked with a guy from Napoli who gave me some very handy pointers.
Rite, Boil the kettle, put spurgetty in a pan cover the bottom half of the pasta bunch with oil a generous amount of salt and boil for 8 mins. Microwave some bacon and mix some eggs with milk and cheese. Drain cooked spurgetty put back on heat add a bit o'butter and the egg mix and bacon chunks. Mix until eggs just start to scramble.. done... Takes about fifteen minutes if you're good like me....

As far as I know, the only other flavor is meatball.
There's also hot dog slices.
Anuvver fing - when they do sumfing, they try to make it look like somfink else to confuse everybody. When one of them wants to lord it over the uvvers, 'e says "I'm very speshul so'z you gotta worship me", or "I know summink wot you lot don't know, so yer better lissen good". Da funny fing is, arf of 'em believe it and da over arf don't, so 'e 'as to hit 'em all anyway or run fer it.

I'm honestly not sure what my "favorite" pasta sauce would be called ,as it's a recipe I got from my Great Grandmother many years ago,and still can't come close to making it the way she did.
Basicly, the primary ingredients are beef, veal and sweet and hot pork, tomatoes paste and fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic,a bit of green pepper and some red whine...all slow cooked for several hours.
I am both selfish and chaotic. I value self-gratification and control; I want to have things my way, preferably now. At best, I'm entertaining and surprising; at worst, I'm hedonistic and violent.
