For my imperial guard army, im ordering some Lemans, The only other time ive used them was i borrowed my freinds to try it out, i like their gameplay,
but more importantly, the model.
His didn't have Tank commanders peeking out the top, Even the one with the Stubber didn't have a person manning it.
so i wonderd, are they included? Im pretty sure Chimeras do, but im not sure, i have just begun my ig army so sorry if this seems like a "noob" question.

They should be. If I remember right the sprue with the commander and all the other accessories comes in both sets.

Does that apply to the modern kits? The older versions had the accessory sprue that had 2 or 3 men on it, or their torsos at least, along with heads and arms.

To tell you the truth I'm not entirely sure. I believe it's the same accessories as the old ones, just laid out differently on the sprue.
