I actually like this list quite a bit. I know you are avoiding the usual DP/Libby HQ, so with that in mind, this is a pretty interesting list. Although I always thought of Vindicators as very IW to me, but to each his own.

I agree with the Vindicator call but this list is definitely a killer. I guess really the only thing remotely lagging is troop killing...then again, 10 Chaos Marines and the Termies are no lightweights so I'll say stick a fork in this one.

vindis could be more "fluff" but they can be taken out by one immo or gun destroied result

I believe it would be somewhere in the rule book, my friend has mine as he is learning the rules, but when i get it back i can look up the page number for ya if no one else replies about it.

The only thing I would say is swap the Lord for a DP.

You could model the DP to look like Perturbo, considering many Chaos Legion Primarch's were reincarnated in the bodies of DP. I would think it would look pretty sick, and then DP's advantages are quite vast over a Lord.
