Not sure if this is the correct place to post but...I bought a box defender guardians and there weren't any bases in the box that I got them with.

Anyone else have this issue before? Or do they just ship without bases?

They are meant to come with bases, so contact GW to see if they'll send you out some.

I am in South Africa, so to save myself the time and trouble I will just go buy some seperate ones. Thanks for the reply.

Well all you'd need to do is email customer services, they'll ship them right out to you. Hell, they might even send you another box of guardians.

I bought a Eldar battleforce once that didnt come supplied with the clear cockpits for the warwalker and the wave serpent. I went to gamesworkshop.com, got their email address, wrote them abbout my problem. And they replied, sending me aobut 6 cockpits without hesitation or further inquiry. The customer service is top notch! All you have to do is write them or call them!

Give them a call, it's much faster. If you have an actual GW Hobby shop nearby (not an independant retailer) they'll usually give you replacements on the spot.

I've had this happen numerous times, once with missing bases, once with malformed backpacks and once more with a missing cloak. In the latter situation they actually sent me a whole new model!

Most people seam to have had good experiences with GW customer services from what I can tell, one of my white dwarf's didn't show up once told the manager at the local store he gave me a replacement then got home to find it had actually come a few days before it just got hidden amongst some other stuff and no one had told me it's always worth contacting them first.

I mailed the Customer Services, got an autmoated response. I am currently waiting for a response.
