I remember when Joel Green did his Undead IG, inspired by Heavy Metal, years ago for Games Day, but his was based on the more generic skeletons available at the time.

The new Vampire Counts Skeletons give your army a lot of distinct flavor. I really dig them.

Thanks man

The old Tomb Kings and Catachan IG look I didn't want, mostly because the pants/armour look to bulky when attached to bones

Trying to figure out how to Heavy Metal up the army. I plan to use TK Ushanti for Ogrnys soon.

Undeath is the natural conclusion of taking most of the Imperium's propaganda at face value.

Loving these quotes

In all truth, its simply from the Grave Guard boxed set. No special work needed.
Only Veterans and Officers have them too

I love peoples faces when they play my army. Mostly because when they destroy a Chimera and see some skeletons pop out. It's just something so few would bother to convert.

Completely correct.
Really gave off the Leader/Undead-vibe I wanted.

The Scythe usually counts as a Power Fist in games, elevated base shows prominence and the act of raising more skeleton-soldiers.

I use the rest of the Empire Wizard kit in my list, noticeably (as posted) for advisers.
