Sergeants from the regular IG infantry box are fine. Really anyone with a laspistol and chainsword. I use my old stormtrooper sergeants.

The door gunners from the Valkyrie are a little more bulky and wearing different armour. They're also in standing around poses, unlike most other guard models.

Use twine soaked in glue to make it stiff. Or small pieces of copper wire would work even better.
