Simple, can you do fleet with 3D6?
Since it happens after running and Hormagaunts can use 3D6 to maximize the chances of getting a full 6" range.

What do you mean by "do fleet"? Fleet says you can assault after running.. Bounding leap says you roll 3d6 and choose the highest for run distance. Yes you can assault after running with a hormagaunt taking advantage of bounding leap. It's still a run action.

Termagaunts don't have bounding leap. Hormagaunts do. They roll 3D6 when they run. It doesn't matter whether they want to assault or not. Fleet just means you can assault after running. There's no such thing as a fleet move anymore.

Yes they can use fleet after bounding leap. Bounding leap simply modifies how they run.

Mr Goki - you are confusing 4th and 5th ed.
In 5th ed you no longer "Fleet" to move in the shooting phase. Instead everyone can Run, and normaly cannot assault if you do so. If you have the USR "Fleet" you may assault after running but you still dont "Fleet" per se - you are granted permission to ignore a restriction on assaulting, as opposed to making a special move.
