Here is an interesting one
We all know that a 1 always fails on shooting attacks, but does not fail on penetration rolls. ie... a 10 strength weapon always automatically penetrates a 10 armor value with no roll required.
If an iron priest has saga of the iron wolf + 3 servitors with servo arms, he would only need a 1 to repair vehicles, thereby not needing to roll in my estimation.
I know that this ability takes place during the shooting phase, but it is not a shooting attack. Therefore RAW means it is an automatic success.
Also a 2nd part to this question is, if I put the iron priest on a bike, can his servitors move at the same speed as the bike since they are war gear, and not a separate unit.

Yep, automatically repairing is fine.
If they are actual models with a statline, unlikely.

I think that your logic is sound, but special abilities affect fenris wolf companions. It seems that this would fall under the same "raw" logic.

Repairing - what Nos said.
The servitors are not wargear, they are members of his unit.

That makes sense. I was hoping that I could scoot him around the board on a bike repairing units, but if he takes servitors, he will have to get into a transport it seems.

Ah, but would you be able to bring cyber wolves in the transport? (remembering an old dispute )

The way I currently have him setup is foot slogging with saga of iron and 3 servitors. I would put him in a razorback "fleet" and foot slog him in the middle of the razorbacks so he can't be targeted.
He could pile into a razorback if they needed to get the hell out of there.
