That's what i would call Imperialistic looking.
Also very good work on the swamp but Ailaros has a point their feet would be muddy though it doesn't seem to matter as much considering the rest of the model.

as for mud, I would say (if anyone asked) that they have just deepstriked in and have not had a chance to get dirty yet.

Awsome paint job, I really like the baseing. I am however confused by the illegality of your weapons load out.

This being a painting & modeling forum I'd normally sway away from rules discussion but they are in fact perfectly legal as I'm using the Space Wolves codex

Thanx guys on the quick (and wonderful) comments. Mud and dirt looks like a great Idea, but save for a few dents in the armor I wanted to have the crisp. I might do some mud later on though, thanx for the imput on that.

My only reason to put the mud in is that they weigh, what, 10 tons? I'd think they'd have problems not getting stuck in up to their waists, much less keeping the bottoms of their shoes clean.

I really like the color scheme. i like the unique look of your blue and how it has a glistening look to it....very nice!
