What i would personally do, is try and have two squads of 20 Hormagaunts (I personally think, with TS and AG they are better at assaulting than Termagaunts are at shooting....) and maybe consider taking out the Raveners, and having another squad of Gargoyles (just to make it more swarmy....) (or have 3 squads of whatever size....)

But its a nice list (I like Raveners, but think here, more Gargoyles could be a benefit....)

p.s
Someone will probably come and say you need more Hive Guard.....(i think 4 and 2 zooanthropes, then CC from Tyrgon/Tervigon/Hive Tyrant is enough...)

I think you might want to find a way to add a fex for either close combat or ranged and take out raveners and put in another squad of gargoyles

Here's what I see:

HQ:
HIVE TYRANT (TYRANT GUARD x2, HEAVY VENOM CANNON) 315 Pts.

ELITE:
2x HIVE GUARD 100 Pts.
2x HIVE GUARD 100 Pts.
2x ZOANTHROPES (MYCETIC SPORE) 160 Pts.

TROOPS:
14x TERMAGAUNTS (DEVOURER) 140 Pts.
13x TERMAGAUNTS (DEVOURER) 130 Pts.
14x HORMAGAUNTS (TOXIN SACS, ADRENAL GLANDS) 140 Pts.
13x HORMAGAUNTS (TOXIN SACS, ADRENAL GLANDS) 130 Pts.
(I think that, if in doubt, split squads, 2 targets for the enemy to shoot at and 2 targets you can shoot/attack=double trouble, and you could get a second tervigon instead of some gaunts/gargoyles, note that since brood models are identical, their sizes are totally adaptable, distribute as you see fit)
TERVIGON (TOXIN SACS, ADRENAL GLANDS, CATALYST) 195 Pts.

FAST ATTACK:
20x GARGOYLES (TOXIN SACS, ADRENAL GLANDS) 160 Pts.
I see nothing else to modify, so...

I'd say get the devourer gants and Zoanthropes spods. They will need them. Otherwise you're paying alot of points for weapons that will never fire.

Hormagaunts are never going to be worth 10 points. Leave them bare or just with toxin.

1 trygon is never a good idea they need to be used in pairs.

The Hive Tyrant shouldn't bother with the HVC, Devourers are better for popping transports anyway and give you anti-infantry fire. They are just a much better option all round. I'd take Paroxysm and Leech essence for powers.

Gargoyles don't really add much to the list they are so much faster than everything else I just feel you'd be better off with either more bodies or doubling up on some of your MCs. Which brings me to the Tervigon, it needs adrenal glands as well as toxin, then your gants are wounding marines on a 4+ with re-rolls, after pumping 3 S4 shots into their face that is one nasty punch. Also like the Trygon it needs a buddy. 1 has a 44% chance of drying up on the first turn! TAke 2 for more reliable spawnage.

Like the gargoyles I don't think the raveners add much to this list. I'd swap thenm out and either double up on both Trygon and tervigon or drop which ever you don't double up on and get more bodies on the table.

Take the Magic: The Gathering 'What Color Are You?' Quiz.

Yes my Colour is Black but not for the reasons stated mainly just because it's slimming... http://imperiusdominatus.blogspot.com

Meh not sure on foot Tyrants, tried them and not good enough. Winged Tyrant with old adversary running along side the Hormagaunts works very nice

200 points for 20 Termagants? lol. Waaaay too expensive.

Ditch the Gargoyles and get more Raveners, these do well against tanks and infantry. Gargoyles will just get mowed down.

Trygons come in pairs
