Hey dakka. A friend of mine is writing an Apocalypse list, and was wondering if it's viable to take more than one grand master, since the 0-1 restriction is lifted in apoc. If so, is there anything stopping him from running the multiple Grand Masters as a squad of independent characters?

In short, no. So long as they're not named characters, your friend can have as many models of the same IC as possible.

Isn't this where Warf keeps bouncing from one reality to the next and we end up with 50,000 + Enterprises, and more annoyingly, Wesleys  , are brought back for a cameo?
Or, is it Elric running into Hawkmoon and then Corum shows up clueless, only to have Corum be snotty the next time he sees Elric? With Jerry Cornelius pouring drinks?

Correct me if i am wrong, but i thought IC's couldnt make a unit with other IC's. So you would have to do what Oscarius suggested.

Consider yourself corrected.  See page 48 of the main rules--last sentence of the first paragraph.
