Would this battle force be able to easily be converted into white scars?

Mainly are the raven wing peices easily removed?
How much of this kit is metal?

I think these bikes look better than regular bikes, and you could use them as White scars anyway.....

The Ravenwing pieces (by which I assume you mean the banners and wings) are separate on the sprue from what I've seen. No need to take them off.

1)None of it is metal, or it wouldn't be a battleforce.
2)The battleforce contains the standard plastic kits, and then there's a set of "Ravenwing Upgrade Kits" that is included with the battleforce, featuring parts to upgrade the bikes and the like.

In short:
You don't have to do anything to convert it to White Scars, outside of having parts to actually do the White Scars customizing(topknots, spears, etc). You can sell off/trade the Ravenwing upgrade kits for White Scars bits too.
