It looks like a solid Kan-Wall list. I don't like Dreads, but he might blend in with the Kans and be ignored.

The 'Koptas are super units amd generally highly recommended, but I don't know how useful they will be against against Necrons, same for the 'Buggy.

Snikrot will be handy against 'Crons, although in general, I don't think that much of Kommandos.

ok this is a pretty good list, the one thing to consider is the fact that the normal necron gun can glance anything on a 6, plus they have the destroyers/heavy destroyers which are skimmers and made to take armor out. the good news is that all the PK and rokkits will stop them from coming back up, except for the res orb/lord. what you need to do is get up close with them because they are I2 and generally suck in close combat. the burnas are good, mostly as PW though, because no 'Cron is higher then a 4+ save, and i think that is a ++ save. just watch out for the monolith and the warriors rapid firing and you should be fine. and Pariahs need to be dealt with most favorably in shooting, because they ignore any save, even invulnerable,so does the night bringer. and he explodes.
So in short, get up close to the warriors and shot the 'bringer and you should get the 25% phase-out easy.

I'm sure you will be fine. I would suggest something much quicker though for playing against necrons. Once you get into CC, its game over for the crons. Do you have any BWs or trukks. I would spam battle wagons with some trukks behind them.

Very nice this army would work wonderfully agenst necrons, because necrons have such small numbers the biggest problem would be monoliths these things are 'arder than anything else out there, whats can kill it are the kans and dred so make sure they can make it cause at this point cost you could and should see 3 monoliths floating around
destroyers will be a bit of a pain as well as they well eat through your kans
and when fighting necrons in general you want to kill one squad at a time so that way they might not get the chance to have their "we'll be back' rolls
c'tans are tough and will murder you in cc shoot them if you want i would try to stay away from them as much as possible kill the worriors so they will phase out and will not be able to take any objectives

This is a very hard list and will really lay the hurt on sum 'Crons, Deffkopta's i found to be excellent when i played them recently cos rockets insta gib them and ignore their armour, which IIRC means they dont get We'll Be Back!

The list is pretty sound, usually I would say ditch the Kommandos and get something else, maybe a Deff Dread but those aren't awesome, anyway, Kommandos will work in this list because can outflank the Destroyers which will be far back and you can assault them kicking some ass.

What you need to do here is run everything the first and maybe second turn, then next turn fire and assault. Use the Deffkopters to attack Destroyers and Heavy Destroyers which will threaten your armour. If you can try to get them to assault a Necron Lord if it has a res orb and smash it with power klaw attacks in combat. With your S8 power weapons and rokkits you can charge and torrent one unit at a time and make sure it dies, no WBB then

Best tactics is to focus on units which make up the "Necron" rule, these mostly will be Warriors, probably. Blast and charge them, use rokkits and power klaws on them. Make sure you pick out Necron Lords with res orbs as mentioned and also Tomb Spyders to stop them getting up.

Though, of course, like every other game go for the stuff what threatens the core of the your army - in your case the walkers. Destroyers and Heavy Destroyers will be going for these, so as mentioned send the 'Kopters after them or the Warbuggy.

If there is a Monolith ignore it
