Ok, so I was wandering around thinking about that big old package that will arrive within a few days with the start of my new army, Tomb Kings.
I have already decided to go the half-funny, half-cheesy way with the king with wizarding hat. (2 magic phases in one isn't too bad.

)
But this raised a couple of questions, that I'm interested in getting the answers of. I also included my thoughts on the matter.
#1:
Do the king with the Wizarding hat follow the Hierarchy when casting normal spellls?
IMO, no. As it isn't a bound spell or an Incantation, he can cast 'em wherever he wants.
#2:
If a Tomb King casts Transformation, can he then still cast incanations?
Uggh, don't know what to say... can cast 2 incanations (Which is cast as bound spells), Can't cast spells while in transformed mode..Would say no.
#3:
How about the same for a chacter with an inherent bound spell, say an Arch-Lector
No, just on the basis of above
#4
Should I model him with a silly hat?
Hell yes.
