With vehicle damage results, notably the 'explodes' result, it is stated that models hit by the blast radius from the hull suffer a S 3, AP - hit. However, what do the models within the vehicle, if it is say a dedicated transport, suffer in terms of hits, strength and AP?

This is in the Vehicle damage section of the BRB (not sure on page number) but they suffer a number of strength 4 hits equal to the number of models embarked in the vehicle. these are AP - and if the vehicle is open topped they suffer a strength 3 hit.
