Reading the BRB you get +1 for a charge, but in multiple combats it says you +1 for having more than one unit that have charged.

Is this redundant or do you get 2 points for say 2-3 units charging the same unit (no more than +1)?

You only ever get +1, per combat, for charging. This is regardless of the number of units that charged that round.

Same for unit banners, +1 regardless of how many units with banners are involved.
