New army I'm making.
D Prince - Mark of Slaanesh, Lash, Wings
D Prince - Mark of Slaanesh, Lash
5x Noise marines - blastmaster, sonic blaster, rhino
5x Noise marines - blastmaster, sonic blaster, rhino
5x Noise marines - blastmaster, rhino
5x Noise marines - blastmaster, rhino
My crew generally plays smaller lists as we do 1v1v1's a lot, or 2v2's with each person getting 1k points.
I know this is a dual lash list, but it's all slaanesh also. Tickles my fluffy side, and at the same time, 4 blast pillboxes with two lashing cc beasts will be competative enough, don't you think?

Weapon load out is all wrong...
If i wanted to be really harsh...
No long range AT, Noise Marines are set up all wrong, Deamon prince without wings is useless, two DP in 1000 might be too much? (especially with no AT....)
Try something more like this maybe? (Not going uber-competitive because apparently Chaos can't be anymore )
Deamon Prince ( MOS, Lash, Wings)
6x Noise Marines (6 Sonic blasters) 150
6x Noise Marines (6 Sonic blasters) 150 (You can buy upgrade packs from GW site....or probably ebay/bits sites)
another noise marine squad (maybe in Rhino, more combat, with a Aspiring champ with Doom siren....)
2x Oblits 150
2x Olbits 150 (Or 2 defilers)
Hope that helps

Eh, I personally dislike oblits. So instead of using them as anti-tank and blast, I chose to use balstmasters instead. Which double as long range anti-tank. Unless 48" somehow isn't long enough? Double lash helps ensure my target is where i want them.
Walking prince because I dont have the points, but he's still worth it as a counter-charger.
And everything is in a rhino, making sure my opponent has to bring some sort of anti-armor.
I don't see the point of 6 sonic blasters. Lots of anti-infantry shots from a stationary squad, rather than another blast to take advantage of lash? Care to explain how a walking prince is 'useless'?

Firstly, The Deamon Princes need mobility, if your taking them, just to lash squads together for blastmasters, that seems like a huge waste, 4 little blasts?
Anti-armour....will be in a 500 point list, obviously it depends on what armies you are playing, but there is far to much Mech around nowadays, and mixing Rhinos and blastmasters doesn't make sense (if you want to use the decent shot)
And the stationary squad, will be useful, use Lash for pulling squads closer, or making them go away (Daemon Princes are pretty good in assault...)....
I just don't see your list doing that well, Noise Marines are either good at assaulting I4 things... (champ with doom siren is good) or using lots and lots of shots with sonic blasters, you might as well take a normal marine squad with a Missile Launcher (can normal CSM have them?) that is pretty much all your doing there....

It's a good start I'd say, I wouldn't worry about 2x Lash being cheesy, in Emperors Children it's completely understandable.
However, to be Emperors Children/Slaanesh, you needn't have all Noise Marines (a common misconception IMHO), I'd recommend a core of CSM's with Noise Marines as auxiliary units. Noise Marines are too expensive and too limited in use to be the core of your army, however they can work well as additional/supporting units, excelling against infantry and holding objectives (fearless).
Furthermore, I'd argue Blast Masters to be over-costed an ineffective. For 40pts you loose accuracy, number of shots and price. Whilst it does stand a chance against armour, it's not effective at it.
Finally, you don't really need 4 scoring units at 1000pts, I'd recommend at least one suitable sized squad per 500pts.
For your list, I'd advise a squad of CSM's at your core, supported by the Noise Marines and led by the Princes, maybe something like this:
- HQ - Daemon Prince - MoS, Lash, Wings - 155pts
- HQ - Daemon Prince - MoS, Lash, Wings - 155pts
Troops - 10x Chaos Space Marines - IoS, 2x Meltagun, Rhino - 225pts
Troops - 5x Noise Marines - 5x Sonic Blaster, Rhino - 160pts
Troops - 5x Noise Marines - 5x Sonic Blaster, Rhino - 160pts
145pts(?) to spare. For which I'd recommend probably dropping the CSM's down to flamers and getting 2x Obliterators for power, however if you dislike Obliterators then there are other options also. However, I'd recommend Obliterators for their flexibility and strength, however another tank (or defiler?) would work well also.
Hope that helps buddy.

I agree with Just Dave. Drop a sonic blaster and get a defiler with the extra points. I'd run him far back in such a low armored list (outside of 48" from enemy) and drop bombs on their infantry/light armor. I generally go with a scoring unit (troops) for every 500 pts. 3 for 1000 is excellent. Two princes will be hard for them to deal with without commiting all their firepower to them. Then again, when they do that they wont' be firing at your troops!
BTW wings are a necessity for princes just for the threat that they cause. 20 pts for the extra 6" MC move is a steal!

Dave's list works well- I've played something similar.
If you want an alternative to lash princes- Try lords with mark and daemon weapon, or lucious- not my favorties, but still okey.
They need wings, though.
