I am suprised that this list just losed to my necrons 1500p Nightbringer's elite list (see my earlier lists). I'm not chaos player myself but can you please tell me do this list suck or do player suck?

Your Plague marines are too big. They only need 7-8 in a unit to do well. Plus the only anti tank weapon you have is your DP, which has to be within base contact to do anything. Plus you don't have any target saturation, a total of 4 (3 Rhinos, 1 DP). And how is Kharn getting around the board? The rhino can only transport 10 models, 10+1=11, doesn't work.

I'd start out by getting more anti tank in the list, meltas instead of Plasma. Shave down the Plague Marines, and add Oblits (while I hate saying that) or another long range transport busting unit, Preds or havocs. Otherwise think about switching out one of the PM units for a unit of CSM.

How is this 1500pts?

I only get like 1200 poits with this list, missing anything?

Well if that's the list that was played part of your problem was probably shorting yourself almost 200 points worth of units. This is assuming 10 strong Plague Marines...

Easy fixes, shave plague Marines to 7 strong and Berzerkers to 8 strong...this frees up 180 points.

Other quick fixes...Kharn is just too dangerous to roll with Berzerkers; however you can shove him in there if you like, I'd rather see another Daemon Prince personally.

So now with almost 400 points to work with in the list, I'd sprinkle in about 4 Oblits for some long range goodness. You'll have about 100 points to work with so that you can do whatever with.

It's not his list, but his opponent's. Which also explains that the list looks short on points, as Jone96 is reporting it to us by memory.

And Devastator is right. It's the player. Each unit here is good and hard, but in the wrong hands, with a wee bit of adverse mission selection or terrain or set up (I did typed 'wee bit'?) and well ... Give the guy 5 more matches and he might just start giving you a good fight.
