Cus it says nothing in the Fluff, yet they wear wych suits...?

Not as far as i know...
I think it's Reavers and Helions that are the sort of outcasts of DE society and they fight each other in gangs because they both like speed and chopping people up

The Reavers are completely separate to either the cults or the kabals. Some of the Wyches are known to use skyboards though (The beastmasters use them to keep up with the beasts).

The Reavers have big races in which they attempt to outrace and kill each other, and draw crowds, in a similar way to how the wyches draw crowds to their gladiatiorial arenas. They are completely separate though.

In the old 'dex Reavers are a subsect of the Wych cults. They're Wychs that get there jollys though speed and chopping off body parts, instead of killing face to face. Considering they do the same thing as Wych cults, only on a jetbike, I'd say they still are subsect of Wychs. IMO

They've separated reavers it seems from the wych cults. Though they still use combat drugs. The reavers that make it rich go on to become the fighter and bomber pilots in this codex. Having made their fortune risking life and limb up close and the high speed flying skills developed that they use those skills to strike from afar with with more damage.

Ya, but they don't say if they are or aren't a part of the Wych cults. I think they're the male Wychs that wanted more then the regular Wych cult could provide. Meaning, they wanted positions of power, which they counldn't get in the Wych cults. I think.

I don't think there is anything to suggest they are part of a wych cult. They're just speed junkies that got slick bikes.
